Customer Testimonial - Stephen Young

Hello, I would like to comment on how good the customer service has been with everyone that I have dealt with at Same Day Hot Water. From the receptionist on the phone, to Phil and Eddie. With Eddie taking the time to check the model and call me back to double check the issue by having me test a valve, which was to clarify the problem. To Rod who came out this morning and fixed the system, who then took the time to explain everything about the system and what to look out for if issue may start again. I wouldn’t hesitate in using your company again. Thanks
